1 cup egg whites or 2 whole eggs
1/2 cup mashed banana
1 cup Vanilla Mega Muscle Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup rolled oats or whole-wheat flour
Optional: vanilla extract or cinnamon
1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
½ Cup Melted Dark Chocolate
1 banana, sliced
Optional: melted dark chocolate as desired
How to make it:
Mix all crepe ingredients together and whisk until the batter is smooth.
Pour batter in a hot, greased pan.
Flip each crepe after the bottom starts to bubble. The Crepes should be ready after 2 minutes on the pan.
Remove quickly when each side is cooked. Fill with Greek yogurt, fresh sliced bananas, natural peanut butter, and dark chocolate.
